V.Ships as part of V.Group, recognise the importance of well-trained sea staff. Our current portfolio includes over 1100 cadets of several nationalities who are undergoing training at various stages of their cadetship.

The need to have well trained, high quality seafarers to operate ships safely and efficiently, cannot be over emphasized in the present day and time.
We attach prime importance to the development of skills, knowledge and experience needed by Cadets to be future Officers, through planned and progressive training, during periods of sea going service and in the maritime academy.
The success of the program is fully achieved as all officers and petty officers on board our ships play an active part in the cadet development process and our shore based training centre’s also have active involvement in this process.
V.Ships cadets receive Mentoring and Career guidance throughout their employment with us.
