Our Company activities have been primarily focused on the tanker fleet. Today shore personnel recruiting services are also within the competence of our company.

 

During the years of our work we have collected a considerable database of tanker specialists. The Company has a training centre where the following courses for our seafarers are conducted:

 

Our company Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9002 was approved by BVQI in 1999. At the present moment BGI Novorossiysk are certified by Lloyd in compliance with ISO 9001:2000.

 

The crew manning services:

- Selection and recruitment of duly qualified and trained officers and ratings;

- Selection and recruitment of cadets and graduates of Maritime Training Centers in Baltic States and Russia;

- Training courses-special qualifications;

- Calculation of crew’s salary, distribution of home allotments and final wages to Russian and Baltic banks;

We can provide well qualified Officers and Crew to all type of ships for all kind of trades. Our officers are educated from Academies of high standard and they have good knowledge of English language.

 

All officers are licensed in accordance with STCW regulations and have attended IMO courses for required endorsements for special type of ships.

BGI St. Petersburgh

 

Having started its work since October 1991, BGI St. Petersburg, representing of V.Ships in Russia is the first officially registered crewing agency in the North-West region (of Russia).Our Company activity has been certified by the RF Ministry of internal affairs (license N 1520160155) and the RF Ministry of transport (license N 0000979).

 

Taking an active part in solving problems connected with crewing development, we were one of the initiators of establishing the Association of crewing companies – ACPONT (The Association of companies involved in seafarers' selection, training, recruitment and employment), the member of which BGI has been since 1997.

 

Talking of our present success, we should mention that according to the results of the city competition conducted by the government of St.Petersburg our Company was acknowledged as the Best Recruitment Agency in St.Petersburg - 2007 in the nomination “Employment abroad”.

BGI Nakhodka

 

The BGI Far East office (Nakhodka) has existed since October 2000. Its activities have been certified by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (license N15202RF540) and the Russian Federation Ministry of Transport (certificate N0001060).

 
The BGI Far East main specialization is the recruitment of marine specialists for all types of tanker ships. In close cooperation with the other Company offices such as BGI Novorossiysk , Riga , St .- Petersburg , we provide seafarers of the Far-East region with jobs on modern tankers of the leading shipping companies.
 
At present BGI Far East is developing quickly and successfully. Taking into consideration the Far East potential and our clients' interest in this region we participate actively in all Baltic Group International new projects thus providing new possibilities for our seafarers' knowledge and experience.
 
Besides tanker fleet BGI Far East has attractive proposals for specialists with experience of work on dry cargo ships of different purpose and specialized vessels.

We have a well-equipped classroom for testing and additional training of BGI seafarers in accordance with the Company internal standards and our Client Shipowners' requirements.

 

 

BGI Samara

 

The opening of the BGI office on the territory of the Volga river area ( BGI Samara ) was dictated by a striving to use the potential and the special work experience of the seafarers of this region. At present our cooperation with a number of foreign shipping companies having a modern fleet of small and medium tonnage tankers allows us to offer attractive conditions of work for these companies to the Volga river seafarers.

 
Thanks to well-established integration links inside our group we have actively joined in all existing and new projects of Baltic Group International from the very first days. Having started successfully, BGI Samara is continuing to develop dynamically and is now one of perspective regions of development.
 
Staking mainly on tanker fleet specialists we are also interested in seafarers with experience of work on all types of dry cargo ships. Our Company personnel seek not to leave any candidate who has applied to us without attention.
